Lee Kang-in (PSG) became good friends with Neymar. They had a great time eating okonomiyaki made by Neymar.
PSG shared a video of the players enjoying Japanese culture on the club’s social media on Thursday. The players were divided into groups to experience traditional Japanese music and visit the specially opened PSG House.
Lee Kang-in was a constant presence alongside Neymar. Grouped with Warren Zaire Emery, Milan Skriniar and Vitinha, Lee was as close to Neymar as he was when he arrived in Japan.
First, the team was treated to okonomiyaki cooked by Neymar. Neymar baked okonomiyaki, a traditional dish from the Osaka region, and served it to the players in his group.
Lee, Neymar and their teammates also visited a famous shrine for a commemorative photo.
Lee made his unofficial debut on Nov. 21 in a friendly against Le Havre.
He impressed with his pressing, passing, and coordination, but was substituted in the 43rd minute after complaining of hamstring pain.
The extent of the injury was not reported afterward, but there were many speculations that it was not serious. He also accompanied the team on an uncertain Asian tour.
Lee arrived in Japan with the team in good spirits. He was seen walking out of the airport and didn’t seem to have any difficulty walking. Local media analyzed it as a “positive sign. 메이저놀이터
Lee did not participate in the team’s training session the day before due to a sore thigh, but he did not miss the Japan experience.
Despite the injury concerns, Lee made it to Japan in one piece and was named to the tour roster. He even walked down the stairs of the plane without any discomfort. Considering that the likes of Nordy Mukhiele, Presnel Kimpembe, and Alexandre Lletelier, who are all struggling with injuries, did not travel with him, it seems that Lee had no problems.
In the video released today, Lee continues to look cheerful and doesn’t show any signs of discomfort as he walks around. There’s no further news yet, but it’s unlikely to be a serious injury.
In particular, Lee seems to have quickly bonded with Neymar, and the two are seen together throughout the video.
Even when Neymar was cooking okonomiyaki on behalf of the team, he looked at Lee and smiled. Not only did they walk side-by-side when traveling to the shrine, but they also stayed right next to each other when taking photos.
Lee and Neymar have been close before. They hugged, joked, and laughed on the training field, and posed for photos together before departing for Japan.
Lee also followed Neymar off the chartered plane upon arrival in Japan. It seems that the two have bonded as quickly as they speak the language.
